The City Hub is an incubator of innovative ideas and initiatives: a space where creativity, dialogue, and growth intersect. It is a platform to showcase your work through events and exhibitions. It hosts many activities, workshops, and speaker sessions throughout the year. It offers 5 meeting rooms with a capacity of 8 to 50 and 1180 m2 open space for larger gatherings with a capacity of 350.

The 2,500 m2 of activation space serves the purpose of engaging with the community at all levels. Experience Center is a community activation space for the Saudi youth to engage, network, collaborate, grow, and connect with global audiences. It includes an immersive experience area and professional spaces that include meeting rooms, breakout rooms, auditorium, multipurpose room, which are accompanied by a terrace and an open hall.

The Sports Park offers more than 15 diverse range of facilities and features. You can enjoy our football field, tennis courts, beach volleyball, MUGA court, BMX pump track, padel courts, basketball courts, skatepark, kids' playground, fountain, take a leisurely walk or jog on our well-maintained running track, and engage in various activities that suit your preferences.
